Aligoté

Aligoté is another of Burgundy’s white grapes, with a character worth exploring alongside Chardonnay. Our Willamette Valley expression is light-bodied and aromatic, with floral notes and fruit that can suggest pear, green apple, or citrus. Refreshing acidity gives the wine its crisp, buoyant feel. Pour it as an apéritif to begin a meal, or take a little time with a glass and a variety that may be new to you.
