• Enrollment in the Domaine Divio Wine Club requires you to take a minimum of three club shipments. The first current shipment must be purchased at the time of enrollment.

    • • Your membership will automatically renew every year unless a cancellation request is received. Cancellation of your membership must be received in writing via email at least 7 days before the next scheduled club processing. Cancellations before you have received all three allocations will result in a $150 cancellation fee applied to the card on file.

    • • All shipment customizations and special requests must be made 24 hours before processing. All sales are final after shipments have been processed and there are no exchanges or refunds.

    • • Your credit card will be billed automatically on the date indicated in your wine club announcement email (sent in February, May, and October). In addition to the cost of your wines, the final charge will include any applicable shipping costs and taxes.

    • • It is your obligation to notify Domaine Divio of any address changes before your shipment is processed. Domaine Divio will not accept liability for wine being delivered to a previously listed address or if delivery is unsuccessful due to not being available to sign for it. Written notification of shipping changes need to be received no less than seven days before the shipment date.

    • • Members will incur a $25 fee for redirect requests and $50 for reshipping requests once the shipment has left the facility and is en route with an attached tracking number.

    • • You are permitted to skip one allocation per year and be placed on a hold, your club member benefits will be suspended until your membership is active.

    • • You must be an active club member and take the most current allocation to enjoy member benefits, including complimentary and discounted event tickets.

    • • Individuals must be 21 or older to join the Domaine Divio Wine Club.

    • • A signature from an adult aged 21 or older is required upon delivery of the wine to the listed address. We suggest that you utilize a commercial delivery address rather than a residential delivery address whenever possible. Wine club shipments can only be delivered to states where wine can legally be shipped.

    • • Local members: You will have 90 days to pick up your wine after the listed pickup dates. If you have not picked up your wine within 90 days, we cannot guarantee that we will have the inventory on-site to fulfill your order. Please let us know two weeks in advance if you would like to pick up your allocation after our 90-day window so we can ensure your wine is available upon arrival.

    • • Out-of-State Members: During extremely cold or hot weather it is not safe to ship wine. If this happens, we will put your wine on a “Weather Hold”. Your credit card will still be processed at the time of your member release. Your wine will be delivered to our shipping partner to wait for a break in the weather where temperatures remain at a safe level. You will receive notice once your wine has shipped and can be tracked.
