Alison’s love of wine started while living in St. Louis, Missouri and visiting the wineries just outside of the city with family and friends. But it wasn’t until 2020 that she started her wine education journey while living in Northern Minnesota. With cold winters and idle time, she successfully completed more than a few wine education courses including French Wine Scholar, Certified Specialist of Wine, and most recently WSET level 3. It was during her very first trip to the Willamette Valley in 2022 that Oregon captured her heart, with Domaine Divio being one of the first wineries she visited. Domaine Divio has had a special place in her heart since then as being the place where it all came together on that fateful trip and she knew she had to head west.

Alison brings her passion for wine and education to Domaine Divio. She often expresses that the most rewarding aspect of her job is meeting new people, sharing her knowledge, and embracing her inner “wine nerd”. Alison delights in answering questions about wine, connecting with guests, and listening to their stories.

When she’s not at Domaine Divio, you can find Alison visiting other wineries around the valley or exploring her new state with her husband and daughter.
